My 8-week yoga transformation is a deep dive into yourself. I am your guide. I will take you deep inside on a journey.
My classes are based on 500 hr Hatha yoga studies, My classes are focused on going inward, on the breath and flow of the body and experiencing the inner space.
We do healing relaxation at the end of every class.

If you want to open a deck of cards and learn something about a situation, relationship and "phenomena" around you, I invite you to a card reading with me.
The interpretation of cards is therapy. The universe uses symbols to show us the Truth and draws attention to external situations that we attract based on our patterns. Formulas can be used to decipher, understand, realize and thus cure.
We can meet online as well physically in my space near Prague.
I use energetical healing techniques and regression therapy for deep healing of the subconscious realms.
Any energetical disbalance is possible to clear and any illness is possible to heal if the individual really wants to heal and step into to process of transformation and change.
I am your guide, you must take responsibility for your own healing. I am not your doctor or healer.
I guide you into your inner space where you are able to heal and understand what needs to be done.
