Yoga and Cacao
Together we open a sacred space in which we honor the Spirit of Cocoa and refresh our bodies with this delicious drink and celebrate the present.
The following is a yoga practice, focusing on positions for opening the landscape of the Heart. We close with a long relaxation.
Yoga Retreats
Twice a year we go together to the island of Pašman in Croatia, where the lovely Anna Morávková hosts us with her Fit Stay for women - including yoga semnou.
