I'm happy to teach you in English as all my yoga study was in English.

 

In a private lesson, I focus on an individual approach according to physical, mental or energy needs.

When working one on one, a deep connection and empathy are created.

 

According to the specific needs and requirements of the client, I choose techniques, positions and meditations.  

The benefit of private lessons is a deeper connection, personal approach, relaxation, and healing of the deeper causes of physical, mental or somatic blocks.

Private lessons are also possible online via the Zoom application.
