Morning practice is part of a healthy working day, the key to life (in my words), without morning practice, every day is completely different. Morning practice puts us in tune, relaxes, brings us an incredible sense of rightness, freedom. If we are bothered by physical problems, they will disappear over time. Mental - in time we will understand them. Psychic - will heal over time.
The key to starting a happy day is to practice, slow down for a while and see things from a different perspective, consciously.

If the morning really isn't "yours", of course you can choose to practice at any time of the day. Apply everything as you feel. The wounds are suitable for starting a quality day. Especially if you work a lot, you will certainly appreciate my advice over time. Relaxing yoga or bedtime meditation is also a beautiful practice.
